B&L Transport is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. We are
seeking a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can
e iciently complete repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment. If you’re
looking for competitive pay, 1st shift hours, and a clean shop with nice facilities, we’d like
to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair tractors, trailers, and diesel equipment
-Perform routine maintenance and preventative services
-Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues e iciently and accurately
-Complete heavy-duty repairs, engine work, and component replacements
-Repair and replace tires as needed
-Service brake, clutch, turbo, suspension, and air systems
-Diagnose and repair electrical systems including ECMs, ECUs, and sensors
-Work on Thermo King refrigeration units
-Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality repairs while working e iciently to keep equipment road-ready
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
-Experience working on Thermo King units preferred
-Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time e ectively
-CDL is a plus but not required
-Valid driver’s license preferred
