Spring Valley Spreading LLC is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to join our growing manure hauling team. This position is ideal for someone experienced with large farm equipment or heavy equipment who takes pride in safe, reliable work.
Job Requirements:
• Farm knowledge and understanding of how farming works
• Must be available to work long hours during the busy seasons
• Experience operating large farm equipment or heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred)
• Clean driving record required
• Must pass Preemployment & random drug screening
• Dependable, safety-minded, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Details:
• Full-time, year-round work
• Equipment Maintenance, repairs and washing and cleaning equipment
• Hauling manure
• Plowing snow
• Based in Southern Lancaster County

Been busy the last couple weeks in the shoo...little snow pushing, 3rd tank in the shop, manure truck got tires grooved 1 pickup getting some tlc, some trucks getting tlc also. Been nice to work in the warm...snow is finally melting and ready to be out in the fields next week painting things brown again.
