Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients and understand their insurance needs.
Educate potential customers on insurance products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service while generating sales opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales goals with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
A passion for helping people and providing top-tier customer service.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
