Clean MVR. No accidents. No moving violations. No SAP.
Southeast Wisconsin or North Carolina
Flatbed experience is a plus

Annual earning potential: $75,000–$80,000
Quarterly safety bonus, clean inspection bonus, referral bonus
Paid time off after one year
Plus accessorials

Here's how we run:
We touch freight. We secure our loads. We run hard to maximize our clocks and be on time to appointments. We are on time.

There is potential for white glove service into hospitals...that is a hands-on job activity, and pays extra.

We TRIP PLAN and run our clocks. If your trailer is ready at 7pm and you've got the hours — can you roll 10 hours of driving to make that delivery on time? Or are you running a couple hours to say you started, then pulling over because it got late?

We COMMUNICATE. Check in with us daily. Where you are. When you'll be at your next stop. If something changed. WE NEED PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION. Accurate ETAs are critical.

We do a real pre-trip and post-trip daily — and KNOW they matter.
We notice when something isn't right with the truck and say something before it becomes a breakdown or violation. Always look at your truck. Be in tune with your truck.

We keep our trucks clean. We don't roll up to a customer looking a mess.

Our drivers know how to operate and follow a GPS to stay on route, and work basic tech without a two-hour troubleshooting phone call. Situational and geographical awareness is a must.

We also follow standard operating procedures.

Things may go sideways... that's trucking. We roll with the hand we're dealt and keep moving. Complaining from sunup to sundown will not help you like your job better.

Do that, and we've got your back. Every time.

You do your job, we do ours. We're a team at the end of the day, and we need our drivers on the same page as us. We have a thorough orientation process and clear standards, and we back the drivers who meet them.

I am going to be honest...

We need drivers who are competent, teachable, and bring a positive attitude. Not drivers who need to go back to CDL school, and not drivers who already know everything.

We need someone who can be shaped into how we do things here ... someone who does the job right because that's who they are, not someone looking for a pat on the back for the basics. We reward performance here. We just expect the fundamentals to be a given.

If you're not built for this life, no hard feelings ... go find something that fits you better. Trucking is hard. Especially OTR.

But if you ARE built for this lifestyle, go ahead and apply. Real truck drivers only please.

All gas, no brakes. 🚛 Let's move this freight 💪

Watch out... my nephew is coming for everyone's jobs🤣

Meet Greyson... Vincent picked him up from NC mid June and brought him to GA. On that trip he was a junior truck driver. Running the GPS, cranking gear, calling out things going on around the truck that most people would miss. His skills and awareness are better than some CDL drivers I have seen lol.

He was with us over a month, NC to GA to WI, until his parents met us in WI for vacation.

He also likes fire alarms, electricity, flying airplanes (flight simulator), photography, motors, HVAC and anything with buttons and switches. I don't know that he will settle on one career. He may just be an all around type of guy.

But he has finally got to ride along with his uncle and experience trucking outside of his semi-truck simulator, and that was a pretty cool experience for him!

Oh, and he turns 10 tomorrow (7.26). 🎉 Happy early birthday Greyson! ❤️

Side note: he is my best participant for water sports at the lake. He is for all the wild tubing too lol. I kid you not, he literally did this -->🤸🏼‍♂️ 3 feet in the air, flying out of his tube after hitting a wave. Huge smile on his face as the lake was waiting for his splash down. 10/10. He was the talk of the resort (they all saw it from the dock!). We'll never be able to replicate that again, and I wish it was on camera. This dude is awesome!

Tired of broken promises? So were we.

That's why Hwy V Trucking exists.

We got tired of carriers playing games with pay.
Tired of loads that dry up the second you depend on them.
Tired of being treated like drivers come a dime a dozen.

So we built something different. Family owned, driver run. We do what we say we'll do.

We're hiring CDL-A Company Drivers.
Dry van - medical equipment - OTR freight.

We're not for everybody. If you've got a clean record, a real work ethic, and you're done being let down — let's talk.

No cheat codes. No handouts. Just honest work and people who keep their word.

Come build with us. Apply Now!

Throwback to 2018. Getting ready to unload.

Vincent was only 8 months into truck ownership when this photo was taken.

A lot has changed since then, but seeing this picture makes me think one thing...

It might be time to put this old girl back on a flatbed. 🤔
