HOW IT WORKS - OUR PROCESS
**(VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!)**
This is everything you will need to know about how we handle pricing and scheduling. If you have any other question please feel free to contact us via phone, social media or email. Pricing/Estimates:
-Estimates are always absolutely free as a courtesy to you in the hopes of earning your business.
-We do virtual estimates via phone/text/video,
-But we absolutely do not give final prices until we have a representative physically on the job site to evaluate the job. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that we can give the most accurate final price while avoiding later price objections by our customers whom we aim to please. Note from owner: "It is very common to get customers call and describe a job as very simple then get to the site and the job be much more expensive than described. I take pride in the work I do and I always give an honest, upfront price. I implemented this pricing policy to help avoid disputes and to keep things just as honest on our customers' side of the deal." Call us at 414-203-9277 with your:
name and home address,
a brief description of the job,
the date and time you need it completed by,
a valid email address for invoice purposes only
2. We give our over-the-phone estimate based off of your description (pictures, video, etc)
3.We schedule a time that you can allow us to come out to evaluate the job (usually same or next day)
Step #2 - ON-SITE EVALUATION
4. We walk around, lift things, move things, etc. and take pictures of the work area.
**(This is not only to leave the best price but also to help us plan your job ahead to be completed as smoothly and quickly as possible)**
5. After the evaluation is complete we give our final price. Step #3 - THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING YO MKE!!!
6. If you accept our price we have two options depending on the job size and your availability:
Option #1 - We start the job immediately
Option #2 - We schedule the job for another day that works for you.
