Getting ready for a trip with a little one? Anxious about navigating airport security, boarding a plane with your child, or installing a car seat or CARES harness? MKE is here to help! We are hosting our first-ever MKE Family Travel Night on April 27 from 5:30-7:30 PM, and it’s FREE!

Experts from Transportation Security Administration - TSA, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, United, and Children's Wisconsin will:

· Provide in-aircraft car seats and CARES Harness installation demonstrations.

· Share tips on going through security with milk, juice, food pouches, car seats, and strollers.

· Answer questions on checking baby gear as luggage, what counts toward baggage allowance, and gate-checking strollers.

The leadership conference in Richmond was a blast! Kudos to GBTA and the Virginia chapter for putting it together. The content was absolutely amazing and we're excited about all the ideas we've gained to bring back to our chapter.

Hey everyone, exciting news! We are thrilled to let you know that registration is now open for our March Chapter Meeting! This time, we will be focusing on Disability Mobility & Accessibility in Travel, and we can't wait for you to join us.

Nominations for our chapter's 2024-2025 Board of Directors are due Friday! Elections will take place at the September GBTA Wisconsin chapter meeting, absentee ballots will be available prior to the chapter meeting for those who can not attend in person. Each member is allowed to vote once. The candidate for each office who receives the highest number of votes will be elected.
