"We bought our daughter a car on a Friday. Over the weekend, she was hearing something. The dealership we purchased from had a 3-day exchange policy, so I had to get the car looked at fast. I called ETE first thing Monday morning and spoke with Al. I explained the situation, and he said to bring it in. Al called me within 3 hours—much faster than I anticipated! He explained the transmission was no good. It would cost us tons of money to replace it, so we made the decision to exchange the vehicle at the dealership. Al didn’t charge us either. I would definitely recommend ETE to anyone."

“I’m just sad that I’m only able to give Vince and his team five stars! I’d give more if I could! My daughter was told by a local dealership that her vehicle needed extensive repairs that would exceed the value of her car and that she should trade it in and buy a new one. Suspicious of their intent, I called Engine & Transmission Exchange to have them do an evaluation of the list the dealership gave my daughter of the ‘repairs needed’ on her vehicle. Vince and his team could find nothing at all wrong with her car. Engine & Transmission Exchange has earned not only my respect and gratitude, but also my business for all of my family’s vehicles! “This review is long overdue. We have been coming to ETE (the Waukesha location) for years for both our Honda and our Toyota. Several times, we have come to diagnose an engine check light, and they have been very honest and told us whether it was something we needed to take care of with a repair or something we could take care of ourselves (free of charge from them). We will keep coming to them because of their honesty, competence, and reasonable cost when we need a repair. Our hats are off to Vince and team. Keep up the good work!”
