This Gould’s turkey from Mexico went to Alaska then Wisconsin. Next stop is Nebraska before heading home to Alaska again! The customer wanted to make the most of her Gould’s hunt and I was happy to provide my diamond minimalist, a small abstract piece, and my 8x10 frame to preserve the memories.

There was still snow on the ground when I finished this set! The sunny day really captured the iridescence of the large rectangle. Adding the two picture frames using feathers from the customer’s turkey harvest is a special way to preserve the memory of the hunt.
