A huge congratulations to Stephanie Archer on earning her Class A CDL! Stephanie put in the time, practiced, studied, listened, learned, and did the work — and now she has the license to prove it. We’re proud to have her as part of the OVWR team! 💪🚛

And while we’re giving credit where it’s due, we also want to give a shoutout to our helpful drivers & owner, Tim Ashley.

At OVWR, we aren’t only looking for drivers who already know everything. We’re looking for people who are willing to show up, work hard, learn, and become better. Tim has always been willing to work hands-on with our drivers, teach them, give them a chance, and help them grow.

Experience is great — but work ethic, willingness to learn, and having someone willing to teach you can go a long way. WE ARE A TEAM.
