Join the MBAA as we support Second Harvest Heartland!

Our volunteer event will be held on Tuesday, November 10th, from 6 to 8 pm at SHH in Brooklyn Park, with an optional social hour to follow at Pub 42 in New Hope.

We'll assist with sorting, labeling, weighing and packing various food items to meet immediate needs and help feed our hungry neighbors. The projects vary from day to day and volunteers regularly work with fresh produce, dry goods, bread, and other food donations. This volunteer position requires volunteers to be able to twist and bend down, stand for the duration of their shift, and lift up to 5 pounds. Some positions require the ability to lift 40 pounds

Sign-up is managed on the SHH volunteer site, as space is limited to 20 people from our group. You'll need to register and sign a waiver to participate.

If your availability changes after registering, please cancel your spot so someone else can take it.

Thank you for joining us for the MBAA's first event of this kind. If we have a great turnout from this event, we'll schedule another one!

Please read all of the event information from SHH on the event page: https://mbaa-mn.org/event-6861588
