We received a 5:30am call regarding a Carrier unit that failed to start. Following a thorough electrical inspection, the issue was attributed to a defective starter. Fortunately, we had the necessary replacement in stock, enabling us to get our customer operational promptly.

One of our service trucks responded to an emergency call on North 281 near Rachel, TX, where a customer experienced multiple tire failures and required prompt assistance, which our crew efficiently provided. Blessed to have great customers from out of state that come into the area weekly. Our services are usually within 60 minutes. We stock all tire sizes including oddball sizes, rims and brands.

Unit #10 is currently attending to a high-priority customer whose vehicle has a faulty transmission. The unit was towed to Brownsville, TX, where the trailer was disconnected, and the tractor was subsequently towed to Rush Peterbilt for further assistance.

AMPM and our recovery crew responded to a semi-truck accident in Santa Rosa, fortunately without injuries or involvement of other vehicles. Following clearance of the utility pole and wire relocation by the electricity company, our NRC Heavy Duty successfully recovered the vehicle without incident.
