My name is Robert Gaines, and I started Seek The Lord First (STLF) Transportation as an opportunity to testify and be a witness to God, all while following my passion as I do so. Driving and repairing trucks has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I couldn
't see myself doing anything else. STLF is based in Moberly, MO, allowing our drivers to travel a wide variety of routes, lengthening our outreach tremendously. Here at STLF Transportation, people must always be more important than products. We keep away from pride in our programs, plans, and successes. We remember that God’s will and Word must never be compromised, and that people must always be considered above the making of money. We do what is right, no matter what the cost. We are involved in businesses that provide worthwhile products or services – not just things that feed the world’s desires. That is our mission statement, and strive to follow it daily. I don't view myself as a "boss," but as a leader. I believe I'm a part of a team, and when everyone is working together to accomplish our mission, things go extremely well. The drivers we have here at STLF are great at what they do. Each one brings something different to the team to help create the well-oiled machine we are. However, our team at STLF goes much deeper than our guys behind the wheel. Behind-the-scenes, you'll find we have people reaching out to folks like you with cargo, freight, or commodities, needing to be transported. Without them, we wouldn't have the consistent and happy clientele that keeps STLF running in the smooth fashion that it does. As for me, I'm just the guy leading it all to ensure that you and your company have the safest, most efficient transportation of your cargo, freight, or commodities as possible.
