ZONE 4 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MELISSA TURNER! 💙💛
Today we are shining the spotlight on one of our strong veteran drivers, Ms. Melissa Turner! With 12 years of service, Melissa has proven time and time again that she is someone Zone 4 can count on.
Melissa shows up and shows out DAILY! Her work ethic speaks for itself, and she is always willing to step up and help us out in any way she can. Whether it’s helping another driver, taking on an extra challenge, or simply doing what needs to be done Melissa gets it done!
But what I appreciate most is the way she cares for her students. ❤️ She has great bus management skills, knows how to handle her bus, and works hard to create an environment where her students can get to and from school safely.
Melissa, as your supervisor, it is truly a privilege to know you and have you on my team. Your dedication, experience, dependability, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed. Zone 4 is better because you are a part of it!

ZONE 4 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: MR. IAN TAYLOR! 🚌🔧
Today we’re celebrating Mr. Ian Taylor, and let me tell you… Zone 4 is VERY lucky to have him!
Ian has the unique responsibility of wearing two hats Mechanic AND Bus Driver and he does both with dedication and pride!
Matt Lyons, One of Ian’s supervisors, says:
"Ian is a dependable and strong mechanic. He is adaptable, always willing to learn, and truly craves knowledge."
And as his supervisor on the transportation side, I couldn’t agree more!
When Ian is behind the wheel, he has a true servant’s heart. He is dependable, has an incredibly strong work ethic, and shows up every day ready to serve our students. He doesn't just do his job he steps up when he is needed and is always willing to help his team.
Ian is the kind of employee you know you can count on. Whether he's keeping our buses running or safely transporting our students, he gives his best.

Today we’re celebrating April Harris, one of Zone 4’s outstanding bus drivers! 🚌💙💛
April is the definition of dedication, dependability, and an impeccable work ethic. For 13 years, she has shown up ready to serve our students and schools, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude, willingness to step up, and commitment to doing things the right way do not go unnoticed!
As her supervisor, I truly value and appreciate April. Employees like her make our transportation team stronger, and I am grateful for everything she brings to Zone 4 each day. ❤️
