Wright Transportation is looking for a **Driver Recruiter** to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified professional drivers and helping grow the Wright Transportation family. The ideal candidate is a motivated people person with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Driver Recruiter, you will help guide potential drivers through the recruiting and hiring process, communicate Wright Transportation’s opportunities and culture, and work closely with drivers and internal team members to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
* Recruiting qualified professional drivers for Wright Transportation
* Building relationships with prospective drivers and maintaining communication throughout the recruiting process
* Responding to driver leads, applications, phone calls, and other recruiting inquiries in a timely manner
* Explaining available driving opportunities, qualifications, benefits, and company expectations to prospective drivers
* Guiding applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
* Reviewing driver applications and qualifications to help identify candidates who meet company requirements
* Following up with prospective drivers and maintaining an organized pipeline of recruiting leads
* Working closely with Operations, Safety, and other internal departments throughout the hiring process
* Maintaining accurate applicant and recruiting records
* Participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and other driver outreach opportunities as needed
* Helping create a positive and professional experience for every prospective driver
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships and connect with people
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable making phone calls and following up with prospective candidates
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
* Computer and technology savvy
* Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
* Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations
* Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, transportation, or trucking industry experience is a plus
