Big projects start with strong partnerships and great coordination.

This June, EkoMovers will be heading to Manassas, Virginia to support the renovation of The Regency — a 258-unit apartment community.

Occupied renovation projects require careful planning, communication, and teamwork to help keep residents comfortable while improvements are being completed. We’re proud to be part of projects that help improve communities and create better living spaces for families.

A big thank you to our VP, Rachel Pauley, for leading another exciting project and representing EkoMovers on-site.

We’re Hiring: Business Operations Coordinator

EkoMovers is looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role focused on keeping our daily operations running smoothly while supporting customer communication and project flow.

What you’ll be doing:
• Scheduling daily moving jobs and managing calendars
• Coordinating internal communication and updating project trackers
• Communicating with customers via phone, text, and email
• Preparing quotes and following up on leads and ongoing projects
• Handling invoicing, payroll tracking, and inventory management
• Managing storage units and tracking project-related allocations

What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-ups
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership

Ideal background:
• Experience in operations, admin, logistics, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets

Pay: $17–$20/hour
Location: In person
