EkoMovers and EkoRoofers are proud to support the Greater Cincinnati Tamil Sangam (GCTS) and their annual volleyball tournament, bringing together players, families, and the community through sports and teamwork.

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Business Operations Coordinator to work in our Dayton office. If you're local to the Dayton area and enjoy keeping things organized while helping customers and supporting a growing business, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
Schedule daily moving jobs and coordinate team calendars
Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
Prepare estimates and follow up on leads
Keep projects organized and updated in our CRM
Assist with invoicing, payroll tracking, and inventory
Manage storage units and project logistics
We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Lives in or near Dayton, OH
✔ Is highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Enjoys working with customers and solving problems
✔ Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔ Works well independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience
Operations, office administration, logistics, or customer service
CRM software and basic spreadsheet skills

💲 Pay: $17–$20 per hour
📍 Location: In-person – Dayton, OH
