We’d like to introduce our Director of Employee Morale & Workplace Happiness! 🐾❤️

His job description is extensive: greet everyone upon arrival, make regular rounds through the office, supervision of all snack-related activity, and immediate intervention whenever an employee appears to have a bad day. He may not be the one keeping the wheels turning, but he does a pretty good job at keeping the people behind them smiling.

We’re incredibly thankful for the hardworking team that keeps MACS moving what matters every day, and our four-legged coworker who makes the work day a little more fun along the way!

Since 1979, MACS has been family-owned and operated. What began with our founder, Earl Childs, as a humble two-man operation, has grown into four branches across Alabama. The buildings may be different, the fleet may be bigger, but the heart of MACS has remained the same since the very beginning.

This photo, taken in 2001, is one of our favorites because it captures something that’s been at the heart of MACS from the very beginning: family.
