A well respected client of mine just shared this with me and I agree. I didn’t go in much detail to receive this but it’s equally valuable and appreciated.

You work hard to build something that will outlast you, your kids and god willing their kids. To the point where some founders loose sight of what’s most important God & Family.

You do your best to find the best talent that will adopt your beliefs and values you put into your company and trust that even in the absence of yourself or any management that things will go as they should.

Trust the process, rise to the occasion, be present etc. are things we hear pretty often.

I guess the real question is the process trustworthy or do you still have some work to do? 🤷🏾‍♂️
