Featuring Future Soldier John Maynard

John Maynard, a current junior at Morgan County High School, will begin his military journey with the Army National Guard through the Split Option Program starting this June.

He has enlisted with a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 31B – Military Police, where he will train to protect lives and property, enforce military laws, and support both domestic and overseas missions.

John’s commitment to service while still in high school speaks to his dedication, discipline, and desire to serve both his state and country. We’re proud to spotlight this rising leader.
