I’m going to stop overthinking everything.

Anyway, I’ve spent the last 20 minutes overthinking whether I’m overthinking.

So clearly, personal growth is going great. 😂

Tell me I’m not the only one whose brain does this.

You do NOT need a child in tow to justify going to Disney World.

You can go because you love Disney.

You can go because you want to eat your way around EPCOT.

You can go because you want to sleep in, drink around the world, ride whatever the hell you want, and watch the fireworks without negotiating with a tired 6-year-old. 😂

You can go with your partner.
Your best friend.
Your mom.
Your siblings.
Or just yourself.

Disney isn’t a parenting requirement.

It’s a vacation.

And frankly? Adults-only Disney deserves way more love. 👏

Would you do Disney without kids? Tell me yes or no 👇

There’s a difference between being spontaneous and being wildly underprepared. 😂

You do NOT need to plan every second of your Disney vacation.

But there are a few things I would absolutely figure out before you get on the plane.

Because “we’ll figure it out when we get there” sounds fun until you’re standing in 95° heat with a hungry child and no idea where lunch is.

Ask me how I know. 😂

I think a lot of us were taught to chase a life that looks successful.

The house.
The job.
The vacations.
The accomplishments.
The perfectly curated photos.

And somewhere along the way, we forgot to ask:

“Do I actually like living this life?”

Because I don’t want to spend my days exhausted just so my life looks impressive from the outside.

I want slow mornings.

Time with the people I love.

Trips I actually enjoy instead of vacations I need a vacation from.

Dogs at my feet.

Coffee in my favorite mug.

And a random Tuesday that feels really damn good.

Maybe that isn’t impressive.

But it sounds pretty fu***ng good to me.

What does a good life look like to YOU? 👇

I used to plan my Disney days around the rides.

Now I’m looking at dining reservations first and figuring out the rides around them. 😂

Because food is NOT just something you squeeze in between attractions.

It’s part of the vacation.

And if I’m spending thousands of dollars on a Disney trip, you better believe I’m sitting down for an actual meal instead of surviving exclusively on pretzels and chicken nuggets.

My Disney planning philosophy has changed a LOT as I’ve gotten older:

✨ Less rushing
✨ More experiences
✨ Better meals
✨ Actual breaks
✨ And absolutely no guilt about skipping something

Because you do NOT have to do everything at Disney to have an amazing trip.

Now tell me:

Are you planning around the rides or the food? 👇

There are a lot of travel advisors who can book a vacation.

My job is to make sure the vacation you book actually makes sense for YOU.

That’s the difference.

And honestly? I’d rather tell you “don’t spend the money” than sell you something you don’t need.

Because I’m not interested in planning the vacation that looks the most impressive on Instagram.

I’m interested in planning the one where you come home and say:

“Holy s**t. We actually had FUN.”

Comment PLAN if you want a vacation that feels less overwhelming and a hell of a lot more like you.

Maybe you’re not actually stuck.

Maybe you’re just waiting for some magical moment where you suddenly feel 100% confident, certain, prepared, and completely unafraid.

Spoiler: that moment probably isn’t coming.

Sometimes you have to make the change before you know exactly what comes next.

You can figure it out as you go.

You can change your mind.

You can start over.

You can become a completely different version of yourself than the one you thought you’d be.

And honestly? That’s kind of the fu***ng point.

What’s something you keep telling yourself you’re “not ready” for?

Nobody warned me that going to Disney World and PLANNING Disney World are two completely different experiences. 😂

Because once you’re the planner, you suddenly know:

🎢 Which rides everyone wants
🍽️ Where everyone is eating
📱 When Lightning Lane needs to happen
🚌 How everyone is getting around
⏰ What time everyone needs to be somewhere

Meanwhile everyone else is like…

“Where are we going next?” 🥰

BABE. I AM TRYING TO KEEP THIS OPERATION RUNNING. 😂

Disney World doesn’t have to feel like a military operation, though. There’s a way to plan enough that your trip feels smooth without scheduling every second of your life.

Save this for the next time you find yourself accidentally becoming the family Disney travel agent. 😂

And send this to the person who is ALWAYS the planner.

Nobody warned me that your 30s would be less about “finding yourself” and more about unlearning everything you thought you had to be.

The people-pleasing.
The “I should…”
The constant need to explain yourself.
The idea that you have to have your s**t together all the time.
The version of yourself you built because it made everyone else comfortable.

And maybe that’s the weirdest part of getting older.

You don’t necessarily become a completely different person.

You just start getting brave enough to be the person you were underneath all the expectations.

So… what are YOU unlearning in your 30s?

I’ll go first. 👇
