served by a partial parallel taxiway for the west, and a
turnaround is provided for the east end. Runway 27 is
served by a non-precision instrument approach. A fixed base operator (FBO) at the airport provides
aircraft services, including 100LL and sometimes Jet A

We're going into a second week of extreme heat, so everyone is cautioned to take care when outside. Temperatures on the ramp at KBDQ could be considerably higher than the air temperature because of the asphalt and concrete. The density altitude on the field at 7:30 Sunday evening was 3,200 feet-- not so great when you consider that the field elevation is only 320' ASL 🤔

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operations of our municipal airport while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for pilots, tenants, and visitors.
