This winter certainly had some amazing days at Stowe! We were fortunate to have Stowe allowing us to complete our program with 8 full days of skiing and riding. As a reminder, if you have leased skis or snowboards, please return them to the ski shops! They inventory them, clean them and wax them to preserve the equipment for next year! Please do not hesitate, the shops are all transitioning to summer gear and would be happy you brought them in. The mountain conditions are becoming thin and can be challenging! So if you do head up, be careful! I believe closing date is this Sunday the 19th! Thank you to Stowe for allowing us to use your playground, and thank you to all the chaperones that came out to make this program continue! ⛷️🏂

Spring has sprung, but the mountains have plenty of snow! Hard to believe we will wrap up our 2026 ski and ride season on Sunday, March 29! We are thankful for Stowe Mountain Resort for allowing us to continue this program! Thank you to the coaches that diligently took time out of their schedule to help make this program continue! We are all volunteers, so be sure your students thank their coaches for their time and dedication! 🏂⛷️😎

The winter has returned to Stowe this past week! Little gifts of snow fall have made the trails amazing! Our snow pack is deep, and plenty of skiing and riding left. Stowe is allowing us to make up our missed days on the mountain. The program will run this Sunday, the 22nd, and conclude with the 29th. Bundle up, it is still cold on the mountain! Program runs from 12:45-3:45 and the bus loads at the school at 11:45-12:00! See everyone on the hill!!⛷️🏂😎

As a reminder, our passes are not valid today due to the holiday. We will continue next Sunday, March 1, and have the program the next 5 Sundays in March! Plenty of snow and the temperatures will be much better! All the school programs have been compromised due to temperatures! I’m thankful Stowe has allowed two additional makeup dates so we can get our 8 days on the hill! 🙏😎⛷️🏂

Last Sunday was an incredible day on the mountain, sun was out and the snow was great. Unfortunately, this Sunday, temperatures are making it challenging, so we are postponing this Sunday! Subzero temperatures and a little breeze is going to bring safety concerns. We will make up the day in March! Passes will not be valid at Stowe this Sunday. Thank you, stay warm and stay safe!😎⛷️🏂

The snow we have received has made conditions on the mountain amazing! With that, we are also faced with colder temperatures. We canceled last week, but I’m not going to cancel this weekend regardless! High is supposed to be about 12, so dress warm, no exposed skin! Lots of breaks and staying low will keep smiles on everyone’s faces! 😎⛷🏂

Due to the predicted cold temperatures, we have decided to cancel Sunday day on snow. We have built in makeup days so that day will be announced ! Students and coaches passes are only valid on program days, so please don’t venture up to the hill and try to go through the gates. Stay safe, stay warm and we will be back on snow February 1! We have been fortunate to have good snow conditions both of our Sundays. We have noticed the children are enjoying their mountain time! As a reminder, it is Martin Luther King weekend, so we will not be on snow this Sunday! Passes are not valid, they are valid on Sunday the 25th. See you all then! 🏂⛷😎

We are one week away from the starting of our 2026 Morrisville Ski and Ride Program! The coaches all have their list, and expect a phone call introducing themselves. With that, your student MUST reserve a seat on the bus! Please text 802-888-4484 and let Elise know your students name and it will be on the list. Please reserve the seat by Wednesday evening! The bus will leave the high school at 12:15. You MUST check in your student with Elise, this is a security measure we have implemented! Check in starts at 11:45! Please be sure you have your students name on the skis and poles. When picking up your student after the program, be sure you take the correct equipment! All the rental equipment looks the same, so please be sure to check! Equipment is transported by pickup trucks, no equipment-is allowed-on the bus! On another note, Stowe is a cashless system in the cafeteria! Because of the duration of the program, pack a few snacks that fit in the child’s pockets! With that, reserve your seat today if you are planning on sending your student on the bus! Thank you for your cooperation, Stan, Debora, DJ, Elise, and Shelby!🏂⛷️😎

This winter has been off to an amazing start!! We are two weeks away from starting the ski and ride program for 2026. January 4th is the starting date! With that, does your student have their ski equipment? Is it tuned, waxed, and most importantly the bindings checked?? If you have said no to any of these, it should be a priority! Helmets are mandatory, does it fit properly. Please use this notice as a reminder. Please, please have your student put on their skis or snowboard around the house!! The first day of the program should not be the first day on their equipment! There will also be a reservation system for the bus! Each week, you will need to sign up your student with Elise Limoge! Her number is 802-888-4484. Your students pass will be handed to them by their chaperone! The chaperone will contact your student to let them know who they are and what their teachers name is!! If you have any questions, you can contact Elise at the number above! Attendance for this program is required with their group! Any students not skiing or riding with their group, will be dismissed! They must contact their coach to let them know they will not be attending! The students passes are greatly reduced, they can ski all day, but during the program they MUST be with their group!
