Massive shout out to Rick, Steve & Brent at Speedi Auto in Rutland VT on Woodstock Ave for giving the new Wooly Bear truck a glowing physical. We'll need an undercoat before winter, but predictions are another 100,000 miles! yay.

coming to the Ludlow Farmers Market, Sundays - June 15, June 29, July 20, August 17, September 7, September 21 & October 5th.
Tragically, the Vermont Golden Honey Festival is no more, but Mount Holly Cider Days on Columbus weekend will be our last outing of 2025.

Due to HEAVY rain, Wooly Bear Soaps won't be at the Ludlow Farmers market today. Sorry to disappoint.

I'm so sorry to have missed today's Ludlow Farmers Market. Truck was loaded w/ lots of inventory... but alas, it wouldn't start. I do hope to be back on the road asap. And back at the Market!!

First Ludlow Farmers market in the can. Observation - when a customer brings their young children to check out the soap, letting them wipe their noses on the bars is uncool. Totally uncool.

Pouring rain all day, sharp drop in temperature, gusty winds... Cider Days. At least it wasn't snowing. See you all next year. PS - you must try Hangry Hogg barbecue - it is AWESOME!

Holy crap. Now the forecast for Saturday is calling for 100% rain, heavy. Me & my tent can't handle heavy rain. Not looking good for Cider Days Saturday...

looking like RAIN again this Friday evening... so sorry but Wooly Bear will miss the Ludlow market if it rains. Seems like every Friday has been wet... boo, hiss.
We may or may not make it to Cider Days.. depends on weather. Dangit!
