The Halloween & Costume Association represents companies throughout the Halloween and costume industry, providing advocacy, regulatory information, industry resources, and opportunities to connect and grow. The Halloween & Costume Association (HCA) was formally incorporated in 2005 as a 501(c)(6) trade organization to promote and build the celebration of Halloween in the United States. Please join us in welcoming Joel Reisman to the HCA Board of Directors!

Joel joins the Board as the Rubies II representative in the Standing Director position, succeeding Howard “Howie” Beige, who served HCA and the Halloween and Costume industry for many years.

Joel is Director of Imports and Logistics at Rubies II LLC and brings more than 25 years of experience in imports, logistics, and supply chain operations within the seasonal products industry.

We’re grateful to Howie for his longtime service and contributions to HCA, and we look forward to working with Joel in his new role.
