Due to the current weather conditions and the continued freeze moving through, we’ve made the decision not to transport tomorrow. The safety of everyone involved is our top priority, and we don’t want to place anyone at risk in these conditions.

We carry windows breakers in each of our vehicles for emergencies! Please read this to save your life or others.

Break out the rear window!

Praying for all the families that Ho are going through the worst pain right now.

Most people who drown in submerged cars never knew what to do. If your car ever ends up underwater, don’t panic — and remember these steps:

🔴 Don’t waste time trying to open the doors. Water pressure makes them nearly impossible to push open while submerged.

🟠 Don’t roll down the windows.
Rushing water will make escape even harder — and can trap you faster.

🟡 Remove the headrest.
Most are detachable and can double as a window-breaking tool.

🟢 Break the back window.
Use the metal tip of the headrest (or a window-breaking tool) to smash the rear windshield — it’s designed to “kick out” and is your best exit point.

🔵 Why the back window?
By design, most vehicles float rear-first. That window will be your fastest, safest way out.

🟣 Knowledge is survival.
You may never need this. But if you do — it could save your life.

I wanted to address a few things when it comes to Gentle Heartz Transportation and pricing.

We offer door to door service for clients who can walk and those who need wheelchair accessibility. We not only just show up, we come to your door to assist, and can wait for you during your appointment which means either we wait outside or sit with you during a procedure or appointment.

We believe in giving the best care and treatment along with qualified drivers to do as such.

We do provide regular services such as rides to the airport, the store and day to day activities, however here is what needs to be explained.

Other car services have regular insurance all the way around. You also have no idea who is going to pick you up. That is what you pay for.

With Gentle Heartz, medial transport requires so much much more on all ends. We make sure that the person taking care of you is qualified and WE HAVE TO carry higher insurances for safety, medical and protection purposes.

As much as I wish I could have a charity, (maybe one day) this is also a means of survival for my family.

We strive to be the best and actually are on the lower end of pricing locally. If you’re going to the grocery store, we will make sure it’s within your budget. If it’s medical we have to charge accordingly.

Please contact your insurance companies to find out if you have transportation benefits. If you do not, we will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance companies to be reimbursed. Sometimes they do.

We will continue to bring you the best, loving, caring, reliable transportation that Murfreesboro has to offer.
