Rumor has it we're closed!

DON'T BELIEVE RUMORS!

After 68 years of business don't you think we'd notify our customers if we were closing?

Bumps in the road happen to the best businesses out there, especially while being in business as long as we have. New employees will be hired. New equipment will get bought. New phone systems are being installed.

We appreciate those of you that have been patient, kind and supportive throughout these " Bumps."

Hello Monday 5/11/2026,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are down several drivers and having
some truck issues on top of that.

Frontier Communications has an OUTAGE going on that has shut our phones down since Monday 4/27/2026.

The A route is without a driver. The B driver injured himself 7 weeks ago and is still waiting to be released to come back to work. We have just a couple guys and one supervisor trying to get
to everyone they possibly can every day. The substitutes are trying, but mistakes happen.

What we thought would get accomplished over the weekend did not all get completed. We still have portions of the B4, A5, & B5 to be done today.

We'll get started on the D1 route today also.

The A1 & B1 won't be done today, but will be started tomorrow.

Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are down several drivers and having

The A route driver quit without notice last week on Monday. The B driver injured himself 6 weeks ago and is still waiting to be released to come back to work. We have just a couple guys and one supervisor trying to get
to everyone they possibly can every day.

All routes should be completed by end of day Sunday.

Thursday 5/7/2026 STILL NO PHONES, but A NEW COMPANY is in the works, we welcome NorthBridge IT Services! Until phones are back on, please use our email [email protected] or go to our website and there's a contact us form submission you can fill out.

We're still behind! The new driver for the A route had to leave us last week due to health issues, as well as the B route driver still being out due to an injury from 6 weeks ago. Our truest apologies are extended for the inconsistency in your service and the inconveniences we've caused. Thank you for the patience and continued support that has been received.

We hope to catch up through Wednesday on all routes today.

STILL NO PHONES!

Still portions of Monday's A1 & B1 routes to finish today, as well as the entire A2 route and portions of the B2, C2, D2 & R2 routes. Then start on Wednesday's routes. These routes could see 2 trucks, the larger one just taking trash at the curbs, and a smaller truck will pickup driveway and carryouts as well as the recycling.

The E3 route is on a regular Wednesday schedule.

The A1, B1, C1, D1 and routes are all partially done, and all to be finished by end of the day today.

The A2, B2, C2, and R2 routes may be started today but not all will be completed.

All other routes are on a regular Tuesday schedule.

Everyone OUR PHONE IS INVOLVED IN A FRONTIER OUTAGE! We have no control, we're at the mercy of Frontier Communications at this point.

Yes, we've looked into cellular, but because of our location no one will guarantee service.

We've asked for a message " can't be done during an outage," we've asked, can they be rolled to another number, "not during an outage," we've asked can they be busy instead of just ringing, " not during an outage." WE'VE done everything we can do.

So NO we haven't gone out of business and NO we're not just ignoring your calls.

Please be patient, please be KIND!

Our web person does not have access to customer accounts after business hours, so route questions can't be answered until the next business day.

STILL EXPERIENCING A FRONTIER PHONE " OUTAGE."

We're still behind but hopefully catching up little by little.

A2, B2, R2, as well as A3, B3, & R3 are still routes that aren't finished. All will be hopefully by the end of today. That leaves Thursday being questioned, but still possible in some areas, so we ask all Wednesday and Thursday customers to please leave your trash out and available until dark.

All other routes are on a regular Thursday schedule.

We're still without a phone! Sometime today is what they say! We've all heard that before, lol.

It's possible there are still customers on the B1, A2, B2, C2, and R2 waiting for their trash to be picked up, we're coming, the when is the question, as we're short 2 drivers, and down 2 trucks. We're trying our best, we still have drivers and trucks working long hours trying to get to as many customers as possible, your patience and continued support are much appreciated 😊
