2. Reputation
We have been in business since 2000 and are growing rapidly. We have hundreds of satisifed customers and have an approval rating over 99% on our e-Bay store, which is listed above. Please take the opportunity to read what our previous customers have had to say about us. We believe it will reflect our previous customer's satisfaction and the quality of your future purchase.
3. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell our customer information to any other company. We do not send out junk mails or email spams to our customers. We do however send out 3 or 4 newsletters a year with promotional codes for shipping and merchandise discounts.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online from GlobalTrucker.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. Please read our Return Policy for more information. (Any "Free Shipping" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.)
5. Fast Shipping
Our goal is to ship out all customer orders that are in stock within 24 hours. In fact, most in stock orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are shipped out on the same business day. The exception to this is all car and house rugs which are custom made one at a time and take around 4-5 weeks to be delivered.
