As we were wrapping up for the day and heading to put the trailer away, we made one more stop—Goodwill.

One thing that’s important to us at OTW Hauling & Delivery LLC is making sure usable items get a second chance whenever possible. During many of our cleanouts and haul-offs, we come across furniture, household goods, and other items that still have plenty of life left in them. Instead of sending everything straight to the landfill, we do our best to donate what we can.

Today we were able to unload a trailer full of donations that can now help someone else in our community. ♻️❤️

We believe junk removal isn’t just about getting rid of things—it’s about being responsible with what we haul away. If it can be reused, repurposed, or help another family, we’ll always try to make that happen.

Thank you to all of our customers who trust us with their cleanouts and allow us to help keep good items out of the landfill.

Out of all the jobs we did today, this one stood out the most to me.

The customer originally called us to haul some items away, but after talking with her and seeing what she was trying to accomplish, I realized the real problem wasn’t just the junk. She needed help getting her home set up the way she wanted it.

So instead of simply loading up the trailer and leaving, we went the extra mile. We helped move heavy items around the house, reorganized rooms, cleared out unwanted shelving, and made sure everything was exactly where she wanted it before we left.

Sometimes we take for granted being able to move things around, lift heavy items, and rearrange our spaces. For some people, that’s a difficult task. Seeing how happy and relieved she was when everything was finally organized and in place reminded me why we do what we do.

To me, it’s about more than just hauling things off and getting paid. It’s about finding the problem and helping solve it. Today we didn’t just remove unwanted items—we helped create a space that felt comfortable, organized, and functional again.

Those are the jobs that mean the most. ❤️

Another happy customer in the books! 💪🚚

Today we removed a dryer from upstairs and had it safely down the stairs, loaded up, and gone before the customer could practically shut the front door behind us. 😆

We showed up on time, got straight to work, and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. The customer told us our price was the best deal he found after calling around, and we were proud to save him money while still providing professional service.

Today we had the opportunity to help a customer with a small moving project. While OTW Hauling & Delivery LLC is not a full-service moving company, we were happy to lend a hand by carefully loading items from her shed into a U-Haul for an upcoming trip.

We took our time to make sure everything was loaded safely, secured properly, and handled with care so she could hit the road with peace of mind. Seeing our customer happy and relieved at the end of the job is always the best part of what we do.

Whether an item works or not, it still has to be:
✔️ Lifted and carried safely
✔️ Loaded and secured properly
✔️ Transported responsibly
✔️ Removed without damaging your home or property

The cost of junk removal and hauling is based on the labor, time, equipment, transportation, disposal/donation process, and liability involved—not whether the item turns on.

We are always happy to donate or recycle usable items whenever possible, but a working item still requires the same professional service to remove it.
