Bookkeeping responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: keeping accurate record of what is owed on account, appropriately classifying by equipment, reconciling each month
- Account Receivable: Invoicing and receiving payment for all 3rd party cost, agent commissions, and truck commissions. Audit each agent and truck settlement breaking out and classifying all deductions. Reconcile each month
- Monthly bill pay: make sure all monthly bills are paid. Keep updated spreadsheet. Deliver / mail checks
- Reconcile all bank, credit card, and EFS accounts
- Review financial statements at month end. Present to owner with comparisons and YTD totals
- Keep Current Asset & Liability listing updated and accurate for all equipment.
- Weekly & Month end filing
- Cutting checks
- Submitting payroll
- Working with accountant to file and pay 940, 941, and EFTPS payments each quarter
- Keeping employee records

Assistant Responsibilities:
- Keeping owner’s Google calendar and to-do list up to date. Reminding him of upcoming events/meetings
- Screening / Responding to emails
- Coordinating utilities & surveys for super heavy loads
- Running errands: I.e., bank deposit or even getting lunch

Please help us welcome our new Lead Dispatcher, Kelsey Digilormo. She has already added so much value to our office, and we look forward to her growing our team at Complete Heavy Haul.

Kelsey is an East Texas native that joined Complete Heavy Haul in the fall of 2021. Though she is new to dispatching, Kelsey has experience in customer service, operations, and leading a team that she gained in various roles during the last 5 years at Austin Bank. Kelsey is no stranger to trucks or drivers as she managed a fuel station for two years while in college. She looks forward to learning the trucking business and all its moving parts.
While not at work, Kelsey spends her time with her son and enjoying being a mom. She loves anything that gets her outdoors, everything dog related, music of all kinds and riding trails in her Jeep.

- Communicate with customers regarding freight details, delivery or pickup times, driver locations, route changes, permits, delays, and any equipment problems with solutions
- Coordinate routes and set up civilian escorts, police escorts, utility vehicles and special permits for oversize loads
- Prepare dispatch documents and sending to billing department
- Communicate with President on daily basis

Complete Heavy Haul has an immediate opening for OTR heavy haul driver.

Driver must have verifiable experience. Prefer driver with 13 axle experience but not required. Our equipment consists of flat, step, step stretch, multi axle RGN up to 13 axles, Perimeter 13 axle. It is preferable that the driver lives within 100 miles of Nacogdoches but not required. Percentage pay.
