My husband is my personal photographer so he and I did a beach photo shoot after my catering gig at the Showboat Hotel with Soul Food Paradise! 🍍

The beach was such a peaceful reset after our hectic travel experience that morning. I love putting time aside to create. Especially when I get to be creative in nature. 🌊✨️

As a travel agent, I learned that it is my birthright to wear my body proudly as I enjoy life publicly. Wearing a bikini with endo scars and pregnancy stretch marks used to scare me. But as I learned that self love is empowering, I began wearing bikinis again. And it feels so freeing to just be, without judging myself. 💚

STORY TIME: My flight to ATL did not go as planned. 😮‍💨 I missed my flight, slept on an airport terminal chair, paid way too much for a backup ticket, and checked in a whole day late.

​As women, we are always expected to pivot gracefully, but this time I was curled up on an airport bench in an oversized hoodie. True grace is surviving the chaos and still showing up to my suite, ready to unwind. ✈️
