After 36 incredible years with Naples Transportation & Tours, Randy Smith is officially getting off the bus!

Randy will retire as Founder and CEO of NT&T on August 31, closing an extraordinary chapter defined by leadership, service, friendship, and a deep commitment to the Southwest Florida community.

From carrying forward the vision of his late father, Carl Smith, who founded Naples Trolley Tours in 1988, to helping grow NT&T into the company it is today, Randy’s impact will be felt for generations to come.
