Reed’s Moving & Storage LLC is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as an Estimator/ Move Coordinator. Ideal candidates must have experience working in an office setting with the knowledge and capability to complete the day-to-day duties of a Estimator/Move Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete all administrative procedures related to client moves.

Provide necessary pricing and shipping information to clients.

Efficiently manage the flow of daily reports and paperwork.

Prioritize and organize daily workload (projects, bookings, customer contacts, internal follow-up, customer inquiries)

Prepare, process, print, organize, and distribute all paperwork required for move according to procedures.

Set, reschedule, and cancel appointments for customers, as necessary.

Maintain calendar/schedule for dispatch.

Book over-the-phone moves.

Provide over-the-phone and in-home-estimates.

Able to manage time sensitive paperwork and activities related to the moving process.

Additional duties will be advised as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

General aptitude for sales and customer service.

Strong written and oral communication and follow up skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multitask.

Have a strong work ethic.

Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word & Quick Books
