We’re sharing a throwback today as we celebrate Adrian Maldonado and his retirement after more than 27 years with TCW.🎉

Adrian has served as a leader, mentor, trainer, and Master Coach, and has made a lasting impact on so many across our TCW family. He also proudly served in the United States Army and as a North Carolina Road Team Captain.

Big congrats to Keith Scott for being named May 2025 Driver of the Month by the South Carolina Trucking Association on. Well deserved!

Today we’re celebrating Tom Emasie from our Columbia OpCenter as he heads into retirement. 🎉

Tom has been part of the TCW family since 2008 and is known as a safe, reliable, and steady professional driver who always got the job done right. He’s been someone we could always count on, and we’re thankful for everything he’s brought to TCW.

Last year, TCW earned 1st Place in Alabama in the 1–3 million miles safety category, and even more impressive, there were zero DOT reportable accidents in the state.

That doesn’t happen by chance. It happens when we look out for each other and do our part to make sure everyone on the road gets home safely to their families.

As we close out the year, we’re also celebrating the retirements of four dedicated members of the TCW family.

Dee (5 years), Greg (15 years), and Tim (15 years) each served as dependable, safe, and hardworking drivers. Their commitment on the road made a difference every day, and we’re thankful for the time they gave to our company.

We’re also wishing a happy retirement to Mark, who spent 29 years on our operations team in Nashville. Mark supported and mentored many team members over the years, helping guide the next generation along the way.

Ending the year this way feels right. Each of you has left a lasting mark on TCW, and we’re grateful for the dedication and pride you brought to your work. We wish you all a well-earned and happy retirement as you begin this next chapter.
