A customer traveling from Nashville to Florida ran into some serious vehicle trouble. Initially, the job came in as a tow request, but due to the size of the vehicle and the challenges of transport, a tow would have required specialized equipment like a Landoll—a costly endeavor.
That's when our driver, Jessee, stepped in with a better solution: Why not repair it on-site? The customer was thrilled with the idea! Early the next morning, we got to work, sourcing the necessary parts and handling the repairs right where the vehicle was stranded. After some effort and a bit of running around to locate the parts, we had the vehicle back on the road and the customer on their way to Florida.
