Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: 1074 Highway C, New Haven, MO 63068
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve operational concerns
• Assist with the installation, setup, and improvement of machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Preferred
• Technical certification, vocational training, or related maintenance education
• Experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment
