Coordinating a multigenerational group trip is genuinely one of the most complex things I do — and one of the most rewarding when it all comes together.

Today, multiple families are heading to Hotel Xcaret México for a week-long group getaway in the Riviera Maya. We're talking different households, different needs, and everyone arriving and departing as a unit. That kind of trip doesn't just book itself. There are rooms to align, confirmations to cross-check, logistics to coordinate across every family, and questions to answer long before anyone gets to the airport.

Behind every smooth travel day is a lot of planning that happens well out of sight. That's exactly what I love about this work — by the time these families are stepping off that plane, everything has already been handled.

I'll be keeping an eye on their travel day and I'm always just a text away if anything unexpected pops up while they're there.

To this amazing group -- have the best week! You've all more than earned it.

If you've been thinking about planning a trip -- solo, couples, or a full group -- I'd love to help make it feel this effortless. Reach out anytime.

I think I’ve officially figured out my favorite kind of place in Europe. 😂

Give me cobblestone streets, old stone buildings, little passageways and nowhere I need to be…and I am HAPPY.

Pérouges, just outside Lyon, was exactly that.

There wasn’t one big landmark or one specific thing that made me love it. It was just beautiful, ridiculously picturesque and the kind of place I could happily wander around for hours.

Sometimes the places I love most aren’t the famous ones. They’re the ones that just make me want to slow down and stay awhile.

Are you a big-landmarks person, or give-you-a-pretty-little-village-and-let-you-wander person?

I didn’t expect Vincent van Gogh’s grave to be the thing that stayed with me most from Auvers-sur-Oise.

He spent so much of his short life trying to figure out where he belonged. He didn’t seriously pursue art until his late 20s, had almost no commercial success during his lifetime, and spent his final 70 days here in this little French village…where he created an incredible 74 paintings.

His life ended painfully just two days after shooting himself, with his beloved brother Theo by his side. Today, the two brothers are buried beside each other overlooking the fields of Auvers.

And standing there, I kept thinking…

A life can look completely different depending on where in the story you’re standing.

Van Gogh died never knowing what his work would become. More than 130 years later, people travel across the world to walk where he walked and see the places he painted.

Sometimes we get so caught up wondering whether our lives look the way we thought they would.

But we don’t actually know yet what our story will mean when it’s finished.

Okay Rouen, you were VERY pretty. 😍

Cobblestone streets, half-timbered buildings, little cafés everywhere… this was one of those places where I was perfectly happy just wandering around with nowhere specific to be.

One thing this Seine River cruise keeps reminding me is just how much there is to see in France beyond Paris. And honestly? I think these smaller cities and towns might be my favorite part.

Are you a Paris person or a give-me-all-the-little-French-towns person? 🇫🇷

Sometimes the most beautiful moments aren’t the ones you expect. 🌸

Watching the groundskeeper quietly tending the lily pond, I learned that Claude Monet was incredibly particular about his gardens. Our guide told us he even had gardeners clean the lily pads so everything looked just right before he painted.

Standing there, it was easy to understand why he found endless inspiration here. Some places are beautiful in photos, but Giverny is one of those places that has to be experienced in person.

If you’re planning a trip to France, I can’t recommend Monet’s Gardens enough. 💚

After a LONG travel day (and a few flight delays), we finally made it to Paris! We were the last ones to board the ship, but we made it… and this was our view from our room as we started sailing. 🤍

This is exactly why river cruising is my favorite way to travel. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be exploring France by river and sharing everything along the way so you can see what it’s really like.

If a European river cruise has been on your bucket list, you’re going to want to follow along!

Raise your hand if you've ever dreamed of wandering cobblestone streets with a fresh croissant in hand. 🙋‍♀️ Because that's exactly what I'm about to do, and I am not sorry about it.

I'm heading out today on an 18-day river cruise through France with Avalon Waterways, and let me tell you... When you spend your days planning everyone else's vacations, there is something deeply satisfying about boarding a ship where everything is already taken care of. Excursions, meals, port experiences. Avalon handles it all, and I am here for it.

Monet's gardens at Giverny. The D-Day beaches of Normandy. Van Gogh's Auvers-sur-Oise. A high-speed train through Burgundy. Two nights on the French Riviera. And a very ambitious list of patisseries I fully intend to work through. 🥐

When I get home, I'll have even more firsthand knowledge to bring to the table. River cruising is one of my favorite ways to travel, and every line has its own feel and personality. If it's been on your radar, I'd love to help you figure out which river, which line, and which itinerary is the right fit for you.

Bon voyage to me! 🇫🇷

Four people. Two connecting ocean view balconies. Seven nights on Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. And not a single logistical detail left to chance.

This family set sail today on a 7-night Bahamas cruise, stopping at Port Canaveral, Nassau, and Royal Caribbean's own Perfect Day at CocoCay. What you don't see in the photos is everything that happened before they stepped on that ship, including a specialty dining credit secured just by booking with me!

That's the part I love most about this job. The details that quietly make a good vacation great.

I'll be keeping an eye on their travel day, and I'm just a message away if anything comes up while they're out there. That's just how it works when you have someone in your corner.

Wishing this sweet family smooth seas and the best week! And if you've been thinking about a cruise or any other vacation, I'd love to help you plan something just as special. Drop me a message!

Seven people. One villa. Private pool. Butler suites. Zero stress on departure day.

Coordinating a group vacation is no small thing. Logistics alone -- room assignments, split costs, making sure everyone is on the same page -- can turn what should be an exciting trip into a full-time job. That part? I handled it.

This crew is heading to Sandals Ochi in Jamaica for a few days of pure, all-inclusive luxury. We're talking a private villa with four one-bedroom butler suites, a private pool, and a group of people who deserve every single second of it.

I'll be keeping an eye on their travel day to make sure everything goes smoothly, and I'm always reachable if anything unexpected pops up along the way.

To this amazing group -- enjoy every moment of it. You've earned this!

If you've been thinking about planning a group trip (or any trip) and want someone to handle the details so you can just show up and enjoy, my inbox is open.

Raise your hand if packing the night before sends your anxiety through the roof. 🙋 Now imagine doing that times a whole group of people. Coordinating flights, rooms, and everyone's preferences — that's where I come in.

This group is wheels up today, heading to Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach in Jamaica for a few days of sun, sand, and an all-inclusive experience where the hardest decision they'll have to make is which pool to plant themselves next to.

Behind the scenes, this trip involved coordinating multiple rooms, flights, and logistics so everyone could travel together seamlessly. No frantic group chats, no "wait, what hotel are we at?" — just show up and enjoy.

While they're away, I'll be keeping an eye on things and available if anything comes up. That's the part that doesn't show up on the itinerary but matters just as much.

Wishing this group the most amazing few days — you all deserve it! If you've been putting off planning your next vacation, let's chat. I'd love to take the stress off your plate.
