Coordinating a multigenerational group trip is genuinely one of the most complex things I do — and one of the most rewarding when it all comes together.
Today, multiple families are heading to Hotel Xcaret México for a week-long group getaway in the Riviera Maya. We're talking different households, different needs, and everyone arriving and departing as a unit. That kind of trip doesn't just book itself. There are rooms to align, confirmations to cross-check, logistics to coordinate across every family, and questions to answer long before anyone gets to the airport.
Behind every smooth travel day is a lot of planning that happens well out of sight. That's exactly what I love about this work — by the time these families are stepping off that plane, everything has already been handled.
I'll be keeping an eye on their travel day and I'm always just a text away if anything unexpected pops up while they're there.
To this amazing group -- have the best week! You've all more than earned it.
If you've been thinking about planning a trip -- solo, couples, or a full group -- I'd love to help make it feel this effortless. Reach out anytime.
