Born and raised on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Todd has moved many times within New York City, experiencing different neighborhoods, agent styles and search challenges. He has also called the Upper East Side, East Village, Washington Heights and Astoria, Queens home, and currently resides in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. A graduate of The Calhoun School on The Upper West Side, Todd knows about all the th

ings one would want from NYC, from schools to restaurants, shopping, recreation and transportation. His passion for helping others began at CUNY City College, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education with the goal to become a youth counselor. Todd left college to play poker professionally, which he did for many years. This experience was invaluable in helping him read people well, know when to push, and save clients money. When not focused on business, Todd enjoys traveling, cycling, watching pro and college sports, and exploring the city.
