A man established a Trucking company and made the rates $500 in 200 mile radius but the Brokerage companies refuse to pay. He reduced it to $400 but still no Brokerage would pay.
He then reduced the rate to $200 but still brokers didn't come.
Finally, he made it FREE ($150) and soon, the man was out of business while the owners of Uber Freight, Coyote, , J.B. Hunt Drivers are living 100 % above poverty and their families are set. While truckers cant afford fuel, insurance etc. They are robbing the truckers for their own greed.

: As you go this industry beware of cheap freight, and cheap brokers they can be terrible. Stop hauling that their rates and charge your rates. You can go to McDonald's, gas stations, groceries market and tell them the prices are to high... you pay them and keep it moving.

Uber Freight prides itself on cutting edge software technology and artificial intelligence to be the premier transportation and logistics company but that's not enough. Uber Freight thinks everything revolves around their algorithms and all that is needed is computers and apps. However, they can never completely remove the human aspect of the trucking industry. Uber Freight employees mostly are in other countries reading from a script and have no knowledge of what trucking is about. They can be argumentative and combative with truck drivers who have real world experience in logistics to solve problems. All the answers aren't in the Uber Freight software. Get a REAL (such as myself) truck driver on your team who is a subject matter expert to teach you things research and development could never do for you.

As one if the original independent owner operator companies that has been hauling for Uber Freight since entering the trucking industry. Initially, the company started out very good, however after they made high revenue they decided to crap on the truckers who got them where they are in this industry. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Uber Freight you are ALWAYS supposed pay your trucking companies no matter what. Take care of those people who made you who you are. It hurts us to have to go public to get heard from you. You teach you employees to lie unnecessarily to drivers, that is very unethical and wrong. You are American based, American made, but treat truckers like sweatshop workers.
