President Trump will host a press conference at 1:30pm announcing the Freedom Haulers program, which creates a pathway for military veterans to earn a CDL and join the trucking industry. Bi-State Chairman Tom Heimgartner is at the White House today attending the press conference, which will be televised on most cable news networks.

ATTENTION DRIVERS: This past Sunday, New Jersey State Police conducted an impound detail at the Vince Lombardi Service Area Truck Parking Lot. Several vehicles were impounded due to abandonment in violation of the NJTA 10-hour parking limit. Now that FIFA events have concluded, it is anticipated that additional enforcement details will be conducted. Please be guided accordingly.

We continue to hear from dispatchers who have had their booked appointments at APM Terminals disappear. If you are also experiencing these issues, please notify the terminal directly and if possible document the container numbers impacted. We are also advising that you keep track of any additional expenses incurred as a result of this ongoing service issue and bill the terminal accordingly.

UPDATE - SEE FIRST COMMENT BELOW: Despite a notice from APM Terminals at 1:12pm saying the issues with TERMPoint were resolved, we are STILL getting multiple reports of issues with appointments getting deleted, stuck in pending status, and LFD not showing as extended. We have communicated this issues to the Terminal Management.
