Because it fires a pizza oven for a food truck catering customer. We do that too

What a wild Maine Maple weekend we all had! Saturday was slow and Sunday was quite busy despite the 15 inches of snow from Saturday and Saturday night. We are so fortunate to be graced with wonderful friends, family and workers who came together to make for a successful event. We know many were unable to get to us due to the snow. So we have decided to open this coming Saturday March 30th from 9-4. Weather permitting sap may still be running. We have plenty of products on hand for purchase. Additionally we will be serving our Maple syrup on ice cream. See you soon!
