Not gonna let this Thursday get by me! HA how could I when it’s Nick, Miz, Mizzy!!! Up next in our Employee Introductions!

Nick, otherwise known as "Miz" or "Mizzy," joins Tuckernuck after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management. With several years of experience in the catering industry, Nick has developed a strong foundation in hospitality, customer service, and working with a wide variety of personalities.

In his free time, Nick enjoys staying active by exercising, playing soccer and basketball, listening to music, and watching sports with friends.

If he could be anywhere, he would be in Spain, on a beach in the island of Mallorca.

Nick's goal is to earn his master's degree and travel the world, as experiencing different cultures and life abroad greatly appeals to him. There is no doubt he will accomplish all his goals in life, and we are fortunate to have him as part of the Tuckernuck team.

Ariana joined the Tuckernuck team after earning her degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Rhode Island. She credits a professor who inspired her to pursue a career in supply chain, setting her on the path to where she is today. Ariana brings strong logistical expertise and a thoughtful, analytical approach that helps drive decision-making in Tuckernuck's daily operations.



Raised in Northern New Jersey, Ariana attended a German school, where she learned to speak a little German. Outside of work, she enjoys living an active, healthy lifestyle. Whether she's starting her day with a great cold brew, racing dirt bikes, or hitting the slopes, Ariana is always up for an adventure. A passionate snow sports enthusiast, she enjoys both skiing and snowboarding. She also looks forward to traveling to Vienna, Austria, to reconnect with relatives and further embrace her family's heritage.

It’s Thursday so that means we meet a member of our team…the one the only Maggie!!

Maggie joined the Tuckernuck team in February 2026 as an Operations Specialist, bringing a strong background in inventory management and warehouse operations. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in overseeing warehouse logistics, negotiating with vendors, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing supply chain discrepancies to ensure efficient operations.

Originally, from Marion, Massachusetts, Maggie has a lifelong passion for life on and around the water. She began sailing at the age of eight. She continues to be an active sailor today, enjoying weekly races at local sailing clubs.

Although she jokes that her college major is not directly applicable to her current role, Maggie studied Child Development. She believes that the communication, patience, and problem-solving skills she gained through her studies have proven invaluable in her day-to-day work as an Operations Specialist.

When asked about her favorite book, Maggie enthusiastically recommends *Greenlights* by Matthew McConaughey. A quote that resonates with her is, "Making the future better than the past," a mindset that reflects both her personal outlook and her approach to her work.

Up next on our Intro Thursday, our firecracker Outside Sales Director, Liz

Having spent her childhood summers on the East Coast, Liz developed a lifelong love for New England. That passion led her to Boston College, where she proudly became an Eagle, and eventually to Newport, Rhode Island, which she now calls home. Liz joins the Tuckernuck crew as our Outside Sales Director.



Liz has built a successful career in sales, with a primary focus on the maritime industry. Throughout her career, she has cultivated meaningful relationships, embraced new challenges, and developed a passion for continuous learning—qualities that continue to inspire her both professionally and personally.



Deeply committed to giving back, Liz has been an active volunteer in her community for many years. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for underprivileged youth by expanding access to education and encouraging healthy, active lifestyles.



A true lover of the outdoors, Liz can often be found enjoying time on Narragansett Bay with her husband aboard their beautiful boat, tending to her flower and vegetable garden, or unwinding with a good book. Her personal philosophy is best captured in her own words: “You only live once—don’t dip your toe in the water… dive in!”

INTRODUCING OUR TEAM WHO BETTER TO START WITH THEN THE OG

Considered the "OG" of the Tuckernuck Logistics team, Eleanor is the behind-the-scenes force who keeps everything involving numbers running smoothly. Originally, from beautiful Nova Scotia, Eleanor made her home in Newport, Rhode Island, where she married and raised her family, who remain her greatest priority.



Throughout her life, Eleanor has gained a wealth of experience, from owning a business and working in retail to serving as a travel agent, managing properties, and supporting her husband’s fishing career. These diverse experiences have shaped her into a knowledgeable, dedicated, and invaluable member of the Tuckernuck team.



In her spare time, Eleanor enjoys traveling the world with a good book in hand. She is also deeply committed to her community, volunteering her time and sharing her passion for politics.



Eleanor’s wisdom, experience, and unwavering support have been instrumental to Tuckernuck’s success. In fact, without Eleanor, Tuckernuck would not exist—she is the mother of the company’s president, Andrea, and has been a foundational part of the journey from the very beginning.
