We are currently seeking a Roll Form Operator to join our team on 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the mill, including roll changes
Operate in-line welder as needed
Change rolls, shims and components in the mill as needed
Work with very close tolerances from blue prints and roll form cards
Use shop math, micrometer, gauges, tape measure and calipers
Complete setups, routine maintenance, and other equipment related to operations
Change pre-punch, punch and cut-off dies when needed
Fill out paperwork in a timely and legible manner
Maintain a safe and orderly work area
Heavy Lifting as required
Other duties as required

Education:
High School or Equivalent

Experience:
Must be able to read blue prints
Basic Shop Math
Mechanical Aptitude required
Ability to use hand held measurement instruments
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring of production processes
• Conducts destructive and non-destructive testing
• Provides documentation and reporting
• Follows and enforces all safety policies and SOP's
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Other quality control duties as required

Qualifications:
• Industrial experience with Quality Control principles
• Experience in the welding, powder coating and roll form areas is a plus
• Must be familiar with multiple measuring instruments
• Strong math and blueprint reading skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible with work hours to accommodate changing production schedules.
• CQI Certification is a plus

We are currently seeking an AutoCAD Detailer to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Creation of production drawings utilizing AutoCAD software
• Checking of production drawings for accuracy
• Primary liaison between engineering, production and quality control
• Trouble shoot any issues on production floor associated with production drawings
• Create item product structures and routers utilizing Infor ERP system
• Must be dependable, punctual and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be capable of working and communicating directly with all departments and customers in a professional manor
• Other detailing and department duties as required

Qualifications and Skills
• Associate degree or higher in a CADD or Engineering related program is required
• Minimum of 5 years detailing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of basic drafting standards is a must
• Knowledge of weld symbols and nomenclature is a plus
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor is a plus
• Strong math and visualization skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Overhead crane experience a plus.
· Must be able to read and understand product nomenclature.
· Must be production oriented and self-motivated.
