And if you were ever I New Kids fan I suggest getting there to see their residency at Park MGM’s Dolby Theater. The chance to feel like a kid again as you sing along to your favorite songs. Vacation mode doesn’t have to mean giving up on your goals. 💪☀️

One of my favorite things to do while traveling is sneak in a workout. It doesn’t have to be a long gym session - a walk on the beach, a morning jog through a new destination, a resort fitness class, or even 20 minutes in the hotel gym can make a big difference.

Not only does it help keep your routine on track, but it also gives you more energy to enjoy all the fun your vacation has to offer.
Remember - progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency. Even on vacation, showing up for yourself is something to celebrate. ❤️
