Hi everyone, this morning we discovered a major issue. We were putting a heavy duty cover on the canopy frame and discovered that the fabric is not as wide as the regular weight, despite being marketed to us that way. Unfortunately that means that we have to temporarily remove heavy duty from our lineup and see how we can fix this issue. We're so thankful we discovered this problem before we shipped anything, and it's a reminder to always measure your fabric

Hi everyone, it's drop day! At 5pm mountain we'll post with everything available listed in the comments. Please comment under the product you want. Invoices won't go out until Sunday or Monday, so don't worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We're trying to get pictures of the heavy duty cover today, hoping the rain clears out soon

Hey everyone, our local faire projects are making it so that we have to move tonight's drop to Friday. We're still going to try and do the drop later in the day. On it will be:

Hi everyone, there will be no drop this Friday. We're finishing up custom orders and dealing with some last minute stuff for our local faire. We're moving the drop to Tuesday at 6pm, hoping the later drop will ensure everyone can participate. In addition to 6 covers there will also be a couple of full setups ready to ship

Hello everyone! In order to try and control the flow of orders a little better we're trying something new. After our next two product drops we're going to suspend product drops. Instead we're going to post a request thread on the first of the month. Simply comment what you want and your needed by date (if applicable). We'll go down the list and contact each customer as your order is ready to ship. We're starting May 1st, so keep an eye on the lookout. We're hoping this eliminates all of the backup and ensures that everyone gets covered

Hi everyone, there will be no drop this week. Since Monday we've received about 200 messages, which is making it almost impossible to get anything done. We're super excited that so many people are interested in our products, but this week our process absolutely went off the rails. We've made the decision to spend the week trying to answer messages and comments. We're moving our cover drop to next Friday 4/17 at 3pm. The following week we'll drop our heavy duty products.
