Impending Weather Advisory- Sunday the 25th & Monday the 26th.
Yes, we are on the brink of a potential megastorn. However, our crystal ball is currently broken & we cannot predict the severity of the storm Sunday going into Monday.
We are all about safety of our equipment, and most importantly our employees! Again SAFETY!
Although we have every intentions of giving our best efforts to collect your trash, if we are unable to collect your trash due to unsafe roads, we will try our best to collect the next business day however we cannot put ourselves further behind, therefore the next time we would pick up would be your next scheduled pick up day. We will NOT put anyone in harms way while local and state workers clear the roadways.
Dans Disposal Company reserves the right to cancel collection service on days or areas in which we deem the roads are unsafe with snow or ice. Although an individual may feel their roads are fine to travel we will not put our staff or equipment in jeopardy. Your trash will hold off fine for one more week until there are safer conditions. We understand there may be extra bags or trash for you the following week, there will be no e Tra charges if so however we will not adjust bills due to missed pick up, again weather and unsafe roads are beyond our control.
Please remember that white trash bags are hard to see in the snow. If we are able to pick up your trash please make sure the area where you put the can or bag is shoveled out for us to see. We want to keep our customers happy but also again want to arrive home safely after picking up your trash.
We ask for your understanding and should you have any questions feel free to call our office at 570-473-9927. However again we cannot predict how good or bad the road conditions will be Sunday into Monday. If you are a Monday customer feel free to put your trash out, even if its not till later in the day we will try our best to collect.
Stay safe & Warm.
Thank you,
Dans Disposal Co.
