Living on the south shore of Long Island, Captain Joe grew up on the Laura Lee Fleet fishing the Great South Bay and surrounding Ocean waters. The Laura Lee Fleet has been fishing the waters of Great South Bay and Fire Island since 1974. The Laura Lee Fleet started with the Lady Ann and Casey Lee, then the Laura Lee and then adding the new fast Laura Lee Express. Both boats are Coast Guard Inspect

ed and approved with the latest safety, navigation and fish finding equipment. Although both boats have individual rod holders for 94 fisherman; we limit the trips depending on the type of fishing to between 18 and 49 fishermen.

8/26 7:02AM & 1 PM 🎏🐠LAURA LEE EXPRESS🐠🎏 Picture perfect conditions this morning lead to ideal drifting conditions all morning. Cigar Bob had the hot hand keeping 2 Fluke up to 5.66 LBS. Chicken rigs with gulp as well as the standard bottom fishing rigs produced an action packed trip. With the wind picking up on our way out this afternoon we were forced to drop the hook.
