Hi friends, it's that time of year, we're looking to fill a bunch of positions for Summer 2024. We need cooks, managers, customer service reps, delivery drivers, mechanics, bartenders, DJ's, gardeners, and all around fun and energetic individuals to join our teams at Midnight Taco, Sand Bar Martha's Vineyard, Pedego Martha's Vineyard, Martha's Bike. Hi and thanks for being a customer of MVeBike! Last year was our best yet thanks to people like you- our valued customers. I wanted to give you a heads up that our 2023 reservations are filling up fast, especially on prime weekends. If you plan on heading to the Vineyard again this summer and want to get out and bike, I’ve set up a discount code (10% off) for returning customers on our booking platform; code SUMMER23 that’ll be active till May 1st. MVeBike is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Mechanic to join our team. The family-owned, full-service shop has been located in Oak Bluffs for several years and takes pride in offering detail-oriented service and incredible customer experience.We are looking for candidates who have at least 1-3 years of shop experience for our Service Mechanic position. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours. We also have some of the nation’s best riding in our back yard.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- UBI certification or equivalent and/or previous experience�- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continue growing your skills�- Basic computer skills�- Customer service experience�- Effective verbal and written communication skills�- Punctuality�- Ability to accommodate the evolving needs of the service department and order parts�- Ability to work independently with little supervision
