Exploring rain & clouds this week
Today we made “rain” in plastic bottles and learned a very big word: perspiration 🤓
We also made a cloud in a jar and got to touch it!
Edited to add: though the kids did learn the word “perspire” in relation to the bottle “sweating,” the actual big word that they learned was precipitation .😳🤣🤣🤣

Cloud in a jar experiment

Supplies needed:

Mason jar with lid
Ice
Hot water
Aerosol spray (no shade, mother nature 😣)

This is a really quick experiment do it eorks wonders for little people with small attention spans. When you’re done observing your cloud, lift the lid and touch it before it escapes!
