Made it through the border with no problems! We had had a tire that had been leaking a little so once we crossed we found a llantera to fix it. It was a guy & his son we think and had barely any tools, and it was cool to watch them just make it work by prying on the tie with a crowbar, jumping on the side of it, etc. It turned out to be a bad valve stem and they only wanted $9 for the repair. The mama came out from the house and I asked if I could take her picture. She said Yes and I started to take it and she quickly waved her hand no, then went back in the house and took off her apron, then came back out so I could take the picture. ❤️

Leaving Bahia de Los Angeles! Bryant got a bunch of fish and 15 octopus! We are going to make tacos de pulpo when we get somewhere with less wind. I’ll add more pictures later, we’re headed to Mulegé today!

We brought a trailer full of wood but we found a whole bunch of rounds all ready to go and brought them back to camp and Bryant split it up. We used this entire pile while we were camping because it was chilly and we basically had the fire going the entire time. We also cooked pretty much everything over the fire which was fun.

I forgot to post this spring break camping trip here! Bryant has a different spring break from the kids so for their spring break we went camping along his work route! We had the campground to ourselves mostly, a few cars in & out to use the bathrooms but we were the only people hanging out.

The drive home was an adventure in precipitation! We experienced both snow and sleet.
