Eagle Eye Express, LLC is Hiring Delivery Associates in Contra Costa County CA
Schedule: Varies | We’re open 7 days per week
8-10 hour shifts
Warehouse based in Oakley, CA

We are seeking full-time and part-time candidates who are dependable, independent, active, and customer driven.

Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the US
At least 21 years of age
Valid California Driver’s License
Consent to Drug Screening and Motor Vehicle Record Check

Duties and Responsibilities: The Delivery Associate (DA) is the face of Eagle Eye Express, LLC

This position performs day-to-day route operations by safely and efficiently transporting and delivering customer packages. The DA will be assigned a route associated with a specific geographic zone. Routes can vary from day-to-day.

Conduct daily inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Pack and load products onto vans according to company specifications
Possess excellent time management skills
Safely drive and operate company delivery vehicle
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift packages up to 50 pounds.
Ability to get in and out of the van and to walk up and down stairs throughout your shift

Preferred Qualities
Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently, with minimal authority
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Team player and leadership skills (willingness to assist other drivers)
Prior experience in delivery, logistics, and customer service

Compensation and Benefits:
$16.25/hr starting pay
Medical Benefits provided after 30 days for FTE
Performance based incentives and bonuses
