Unlike other soil additives such as chemical fertilizers and manures, worm castings will not burn plants. Castings are easily absorbed by plants and are rich in water soluble nitrogen, potash, potassium, magnesium, trace elements and micro-nutrients and are abundant in beneficial micro-organisms - basically the best organic plant growth enhancer available.
